I’m restarting the weight loss journey that I’ve started several times before. This time I’ve gathered the tools and knowledge that I need (I hope!) to make this successful. This time around, it’s a lifestyle change, not a diet. Starting now, I’m committing to showing myself the love I deserve.

I’ll be doing the Insanity Fit Test tonight to get started… official weigh-in and pictures tomorrow morning. I’m not sure that I’ll post the pictures yet, but hopefully it’ll motivate me to keep moving.
